You join a campaign for a product you want and deposit Naira into your wallet. When enough buyers join before the deadline, the campaign closes and we place one bulk order with the supplier — unlocking prices no single buyer could get alone.
What happens if a campaign doesn’t fill?
Your money stays in escrow the whole time. If a campaign misses its goal, every Naira is refunded to your wallet automatically — no forms, no waiting, no questions asked.
How is my exchange rate locked?
The moment you join a campaign, your Naira-to-RMB rate is fixed for 7 days. Even if the market moves overnight, the price you agreed to is the price you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Our name is the promise: most orders arrive within 7 market days of a successful campaign close. We handle supplier consolidation, shipping, and customs paperwork — delivery is direct to your address in Nigeria.
What fees do you charge?
One transparent platform fee per conversion, shown before you confirm — never buried. Your first conversion carries 0% platform fee.
Is my money safe?
Deposits sit in escrow until a campaign closes successfully, and withdrawals go only to bank accounts you have verified. Failed campaigns trigger automatic refunds.
